Yanling is the spirit of an orchid that grew on the corpse of a demonic creature. He doesn’t excel in intelligence or hygiene, but he has no shortage of ambition. He desperately wanted to become a god, but it just never worked out. After being rejected once again by the assembly of celestials, on his way home he swiped a kid — Feng Zhu, who had barely transformed into human form and was off about his own minor deity business. And so they ended up living together…
