New year new me as they say, hahahaha! jokes aside, I created yet another fursona. This is Catarse!
He's a Smile Demon, a open species / design concept I found around ToyHouse that seems to be demon horse + dog hybrids.
These Smile Demon cuties have everything I like: they’re simple to draw, they have a big smile/grin, they’re demons (I like edgy characters hahaha reminds me of my creepypasta phase!), they remind me of Baphomet... it’s all about the design.
Since they remind me a bit of Baphomet I drew him in Baphomet's pose! I really like the meaning of this pose: "As Above, So Below." indicating that the spiritual world mirrors the physical world. It represents the equilibrium of opposites and the union of opposing forces (rather than strictly evil or Satanic.)
