this sure has taken a while.
Including version 1 I would say 6 weeks.
I could have done a lot of things differently or better with it the amount of experimentation and especially with the amount of trial and error but I belive I have exploited this painting's challanges to the fullest and I have barely got anything new to learn from it or got any more trials, and while sure I could have turned this painting into a forever one I do belive it is time to move on and onto an another one.

So, with this painting and the 700th painting I would like to begin a little series of paintings in which I will be painting lets say snippits of life from olden eastern european days, everything from dressing, pickling, lighting fire or so. I will ofc be taking little breaks after painting each to gather new ideas, compositions and do other things but don't worry it is a project I have had in mind for years now and would like to see it be done.
