No, Night City is a location in the Cyberpunk (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cyberpunk_(role-playing_game)) setting; what you are doing matches alot of the same designs of the architecture used there. This is a good thing imo because there aren't enough Cyberpunk things out there and I always like seeing more!
