Not sure on the dates for either of these. Any looking into the Applause Rudolph has just gotten me "1980s" as a rough timeframe. 1995 is my best estimate on Lucky as his only iteration with a blue collar is the 1996 101 Dalmatians, though he lacks the distinctive facial patterning consistent with his puppy actor/updated design for that movie.
