I would've had Ukyo as Cloud (what with her having pretended to be a guys for years and the "Miss Cloud" incident), and Hinako (the age-changing teacher who got her condition from a botched 'cure' for an illness she had as a child by Happosai) for Vincent (shapechanger due to the reckless actions of a mad scientist). But Nabiki for Yuffie and Ranma for Tifa are great.
