Clips galore! Getting the top of paw piece ready and lined up to sew onto the bottom piece took a lot of careful clipping and re-clipping to every everything was nice and even. The lighter fabric seen here is the back side of a lining glove which is anchored to the bottom of the paw and includes finger escapes for dexterity while wearing the paws. I used a blanket stitch for the liner edges and top/bottom seams, and a buttonhole stitch around the finger escape holes for extra strength and durability.
