Nestled in between the wide arms of the Valene Mountains lies a secluded forest enchanted by ancient fey magics. Legend says that a guardian watches over these woods, a dragoness who can heal any wound and cure any aliment. Many pilgrims have braved the journey into the Pallid Grove seeking a cure for illness or a remedy for withering crops. Few have returned successful. Some venture into the grove with darkness in their hearts and steel in their hands, seeking to claim her magic by force. Those that do never return, as the forest protects her as much as she protects the forest.
