So today i got a package from my parents. among the many things i asked them to send (and a few things i didnt ask for) was my camo boonie cap...at least thats what im sure its called. i talked my mom into buying this for me years back and i didnt wear it much. but i think i look better in one of these than a baseball cap. and yes this was taken with my built in laptop camera in my apartment room. :D

We pretty much hate having to wear em. They're much more inconvenient then a garrison cap and unlikely to prove useful to us. That said, boonie hats are very useful when traveling through densely forested areas. You can lower your head and the hat will protect your face from underbrush- mostly.
