Reign Syndicate started out as a Criminal gang that decided to become more professional and become an affordable security organization. They offer their services cheaply, and they don't care about what you hire them for, the only exception is the elite forces, who handle higher-paying contracts or protect important individuals who are not against the Reign Syndicate.
The normal henchmen are really cheap, and as a result, they're quite popular to the point where they get hired to do legal contracts where they don't even break the law. The downside of hiring them is that they aren't strong and will do poorly against trained individuals. The elite forces are the opposite; they are well-trained, experienced, and are very strong to the point where many fear fighting them. As a result, they have a premium price
