Not sure exactly why I drew this, but Joltik is adorable.
No, really, with all the problems I have with fleas right now (because my family neglected to take care of them when I pointed them out literally about a year ago), you should think that Bug Pokémon would be the last thing I want to draw. Those darn fleas are everywhere, save for my bed (yay).
