Another Fallout RPG character! This is Penny Farthing, who will be in the same party as my squirrel character Artemis. We're not sure yet how a British otter with a heavy cockney accent and a cricket bat ended up in post-nuclear America, or if his distinctly money-themed handle is even his real name... he's cute as hell though. To be clear, he's not from the same vault as Artemis (I don't know if he's even from a vault at all!).
