Gecqua 2nd take
It wouldn't feel right to start this off without crediting 
Chubbziie for their amazing take on this Pokemon's design. You may have seen my first take where I basically stuck generally as close to the official design as you can with a body type like I used, but I really adored how Chubbziie stylized the head in a rather simple, but effective way. I heavily referenced the head off their drawing and squished the head a lil'. As I'm sure you could tell from the image, their picture was not the only thing I referenced for this drawing. I'm sure you already saw the pose from the top image on the right and You'd be correct in seein' I based the pose on it mostly. To tell the truth I don't really know who to credit for the pose ref. I just typed in "feminine pose" or somethin' like that and it popped up in the image search from Pinterest.
I guess my last thing to comment on would be my colors, which is kinda ironic cause they're not really "mine" as I just up an' lifted them from the official art. I'd like to continue drawin' this Pokemon cause I like geckos, frogs, and all manner of cold-blooded animals. Though Imma reign in the anthropomorphization (had to look up that word) a tiny bit for the next drawing. I think three fingers would look better and maybe be less of a headache to draw.
