There is a famous movie call Star Wars, and in Taiwan it call 星際大戰. 星際 means "interstellar" in English, and 大戰 is "war". It's a normal translation. yeah...nothing special here.
BUT! Although it is not very common, you can find some jokes call "心悸大戰" in Taiwan social media. It's a pun that call someone drinking too much coffee or getting too much caffeine.
Yes, 心悸 is "palpitations" in English, the pronounce just sound like 星際. So you can say "Palpitations Wars".
It's a stupid pun anyway......
Actually in Chinese, the pronounce of these words 星 and 心 are difference. Unfortunately I can not tell you what's the difference. While typing on the computer I know they are difference, but its pronounce sound like the same to me. I had tried to find what's the difference on the internet, and it seems that most of people in Taiwan can't tell the difference, either.

As with everything, its complicated. I say all 3 the same, not everyone does. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3i9rMU8aL-U here is a video talking about it. With the videos that talk about the differences, I can sometimes hear a difference, and sometimes not.
