First off I. . . kinda don't know where this one came from. I mean creatively speaking. It sort of just popped out. I was at work and I became determined (during an extremely boring call) that I was going to draw The Perfect Circle. I did okay but it was just a circle. So I drew zig-zag lines on it. Then I decided it needed a hand and. . . . the whole thing kind of exploded from there. I finished it over the course of a weekend at work, I think.

So I used some really great colored pencils and learned a lot from it. As an experiment it isn't too bad. Especially since it was a completely unguided experiment. Seriously, the only way I could have controlled the creation of this piece less was if I did it without looking. I think I had one reference in mind of the color scheme I wanted for the background but that was about it. So. . . That's that.

Anyway, he's a Xzeejee; he's probably a teenager playing a game or something.
