Fun Character idea I had. A skaven/magical rat that specializes in electrical magic. Enthusiastic as he his large, he is one of those people who is technically very capable, if a bit unhinged at times, and we're not talking about the blue lipstick. He's the kind of man that's made like some turbo min-maxed boiler machine that automates everything when you log in to your minecraft server (that he insisted had the Create mod). His voice is high and scratchy, and he smells faintly of ozone.
