I have had an extremely rough past three years, probably some of the worst in my life. I’ve had to get more professional help and figure out what is and was best for me. Going into 2026 I’m definitely feeling better and I’m hoping that it’ll only keep getting better
Though it’s awfully weird I developed chronic fatigue in late 2025. I’m assuming it’s from the overload of stress
