Knowing that virmir can use runes for their magic. I imagine they have a strong feeling of confidence at the given moment. Then again, I guess that depends on if Virmir can make a spell with runes quickly. I feel the more likely scenario that is happening is Virmir just being Virmir. Who's confidence isn't unwarranted as they have been proven on many occasions to be a rather skilled and relatively powerful wizard. Although said confidence does seem to evolve into an ego from time to time, which has gotten Virmir into some trouble. But that's what I enjoy about them.
Yes a Wizards Arsenal is all Technology Bladders full of Hand mixed chemicals, wires To a Vandigraph Generator Fireproof suit Shoes with bellows and Static Generators that pump up his bladders and Jars.. his profession is Highly Dangerous and Illegal to the crown.. our Finnic Hero has Natural versions of this powers but still his Job Requires a Certain amount of Personal Sacrifice and secrecy this is why thel always Live in the Middle of No where. Job Description always a Must.. not going to take on a Task He's not equipped to handle
