so... I wrote this back in 2019, and it's basically been "the lost chapter" of the Team Rocket story series. I had planned on posting it back then after I had written a few more chapters, but... I just never got to write them. It was always a regret that I didn't post it, because if it turns out that this is the last chapter, this one leaves the story on a much more uplifting note than chapter 25 left it.

Even if this is basically the last chapter, I would still love to see it continued again someday. I had been reading and following Bret's compelling story ever since the first few chapters you wrote over 10 years ago. It was and honestly still is one of my favorite fanfictions I've read.
It was always the highlights of my day/week every time I saw you upload a new chapter, and I always eagerly waited for the next to be posted.
