This is Ghoul, the sister of Wraith (here: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/6426528/ ) She isn't as impressive in martial arts as Wraith, but she's training to be like him. while not as skilled or talented as Wraith, she tries to keep up with her brother.
However that doesn't mean she is any easier to beat than her brother. But Ghoul does slip up from time to time. So it's really up to luck for her.
