The designs on the castle door here are Nordic, as in the lore, the Grandmother of the current god of Hell (and two gods before him) is in fact Hel from Norse mythology. And she is the one that built the castle. It was renamed to Fortaleza Diablo when Lucifer usurped Hel, and it just never got renamed when the current god of Hell came into power
