Some unlocked content for y'all, this time in written format! I've been meaning to get more into writing, and writing some introductory lore for Ryan seemed like the perfect way to begin :3 this is the text that originally accompanied the post on my support platforms:
There's a lot of lore regarding Ryan, considering that I made this character when I was 13 our of loneliness, and this lore evolved alongside the lore for my own chakat sona, now called Seb. I wrote this short little story to sort of set the ground for the lore that I will be building with him in these next years, both as a character exploration, and as a way for you all to get to know the history a little better. My idea was to eventually produce a little Zine with all the info, iterations, and art spanning from 2010 all the way until now.
So yeah, here goes. I hope you enjoy!

This is such a beautifully tender and heartfelt story the way you capture that mix of nostalgia, vulnerability, and quiet hope is really moving. I love how the "Fuck it" mantra evolves throughout the night into something so much more meaningful. What made you decide to have them reconnect at this particular party, rather than having Seb seek Ryan out intentionally?

I'll be honest, I'm suck a sucker for the concept of serendipity, just the stars aligning for the right circumstances to happen, so that's why I went for something like that X3 in my irl life I have often taken a more active role of seeking out my partners, so I do like to revel in the fantasy of someone doing that for me for a change

That's such a sweet and honest answer. I totally get that! There really is something magical about the fantasy of the universe just delivering someone to you when you least expect it, no effort required on your part. It's like a little gift from fate. btw have you imagine your story into art? I've some illustration ideas for your story can I share with you only if you are interested.
I just finished reading your story and I really liked the emotional depth and nostalgic feeling throughout it. The reunion between Seb and Ryan feels very natural and heartfelt, and the atmosphere of the party mixed with their memories was written really well. I did feel that a few parts could be expanded a little more, especially some transitions between scenes and a bit more internal reflection during certain key moments. Adding a little more detail in those areas could make the emotional impact even stronger. I also have a few ideas and thoughts that might help develop some moments or scenes further. If you’d like, I’d be happy to share them with you.
