Agreed. I joined only days ago but I've found out this place is truely fantastic. I've made great friends on here already and I'm quickly learning that FA brings me nothing but joy meeting friendly furries and awe at how talented these people are. I'm a musician and aspiring writer and I'm learning so much from some of these stories. It makes me smile when I stumble upon great works of writing like this. Thank you

I've gotten to hear a lot of musicians post their works here and it is neat to enjoy their bravery in putting their initial works out there to "test the waters". Same goes for writing and artistry as, being my third year, I have watched so many of my pals I met when I first got on bloom wonderfully and, as we all know, it just gets better from here.

Here's to good times for you on FA! May you delight in being brave in sharing your talents and grow both personally and creatively through each post you do and comment on. :)

Oh, please, be as emotional as you want. Honestly, that's another part of being here. It's all about feeling free and being the "you" that you are with no worries.

Over my three years, I went from being frightened of sharing how much I liked diapers and cute dragons and dinosaurs. Now, thanks to my pals, I don't fear, or feel shameful, of that part of myself. My work is laced with emotional feelings as, well, one cannot help but be that way when they are truly moved by a work or a friendship that has been a part of changing their life for the better and/or served as an inspiration. :)

Same with me. I was ashamed of being a furry and my fart fetish but one of my friends told me about this site and it feels good to not have to hide anything. Not only am I making friends, I'm also learning great things to improve my writing! Because of this site, Im not afraid to be me

And that is what it is all about! :)

If I may, my buddy Toroth has a great number of wisdoms and here are two that are great to always think on.

1: Only you have any control over how you feel. If someone doesn't like what you do, or who you are, that's them and their opinion. Thus, don't let someone else's feelings ever get the best of yours.

2: In reality, despite having a bizarre fetish and/or interest, nobody truly cares. It may seem, based on how society perceives things, that being different is like a giant bulls-eye on you to forever be cursed to loneliness and shame. However, it is more shameful and depressing to supress who you really are when, in truth, only the true you can be happy and, consequently, makes others happy as well. :)
