Ramin looked around his unfamiliar surroundings, he looked down at his phone’s GPS navigation once more.
Ramin was not sure what to do, the app did reassure him that this was the “Right Way” but he just couldn’t shake off the feeling that something was wrong…
Ramin shrugged it off as he continued his journey, he really wanted to check out this new restaurant that just opened up.
Just as Ramin took another step the fur on the back of his neck suddenly stood, Ramin felt a chill. He picked up on a new scent different from the common earth that surrounded him, “I should pick up the pace a little”
Ramin increased his walking speed, although everything seemed fine and tranquil he just couldn’t shake off that dreadful feeling.
“Oh it’s probably just the wind” Ramin stopped himself in his tracks, “I shouldn’t fright myself like that”
Ramin continued to walk at a normal pace once more. To distract himself, he began to imagine what he’d order at that new establishment once he got there.
Still, the feeling persisted. It was like a pair of eyes had set their mark on him.
Ramin, fighting against his better judgment decided to look back. With a slow turn he looked behind himself only to be met with a dreadful sight, there amongst the towering trees and structures was this beast! It was bulky and clearly hungry…
The beast looked back with expecting eyes, seeing those eyes actually stare him down filled Ramin with a feeling he’s never felt before.
Ramin quickly went into action and sprinted away, he heard the snarl of the beast behind him, soon feeling the earthquake like tremors of the beast following behind!
