I promised to show you a reference of my Warcraft character, Runegos, and here it is!
His name is actually pronounced [Ru:nægos], not [Ru:ngos], but I prefer it spelled with an e.
Appearance
Runegos has an outdated design from Warcraft dragons because I'm more familiar with it, and I actually like it better. It looks more unique, I guess. Dragons in Warcraft look pretty generic these days.
Rungos is a blue dragonflight, and his body is covered in iridescent cobalt scales with a diamond-shaped pattern. His face bears several horns — a large one on his nose, two smaller ones on his chin facing forward, large gray horns, and a smaller one above his ear. His body spikes and claws resemble crystals, shimmering and glittering in the light. His tail ends in a similarly crystalline mace. Several ice runes can be seen on his body. They, along with the crystals, glow when the dragon casts spells or breathes ice.
Lore
I haven't really fleshed out Runegos's lore, it's a fairly recent addition. Basically, Runegos studies the mortal races of Azeroth and can take the form of a drakthyr to integrate into society and interact with the races. He does not belong to any faction and travels freely around the world. When studying races, Runegos tries not to interfere in their daily lives, acting more as an observer. During disputes, he always keeps aloof; these are not his conflicts.
He also studies crystals, minerals, and magical essences, enchants armor and weapons, and teaches rune inscription (he's a Runegos, after all).
Runegos occasionally visits his birthplace, the Nexus, but usually to study the blue dragonflight and fulfill Kalecgos's orders. When he takes a break from his studies, he does so on the Dragon Isles, his current home.
The reference was drawn by me, first I drew it with a blue pen on paper and then colored it on the computer.
