Been wanting to update his design a little bit, so I finally got around to commissioning Cliff's college outfit~
He's on the Swim Team in college, he's mute, but he's also Psychic/telekinetic. When using sign language with others, others tend to find they can understand him. But he can project his voice into the minds of others as well, but the only ones who hear that are ones he's really close with.
He uses his skateboard to glide around town, using his psychic abilities on the wheels to move around effortlessly, even while peering into the minds of those that come off as suspicious. A world with magic has a lot of people that may be doing/planning something suspicious/dangerous, so it's part of his job to keep an eye on those that might disrupt things.
