In Douglas’ world, humans are still the most common bipedal, intelligent species. Furries exist as well, as well as “humies” which I can best describe as furries in reverse.
Animaloids have mixed opinions on the furry community. Some are okay with it, while others see it in a way equivalent to how black people in our world see blackface.
Regardless of their opinions on the furry community, Many animaloids experience an uncanny feeling when seeing fursuiters, similar to humans when seeing humanoid robots or dolls.
PS: as for why the drawing took 6 days to make, is because I didn’t know what to draw what Douglas was looking at.
