Actually, I believe this is kind a very common behavior looking for a psychological stand point :3c! A king must suffer lots of pressures and must make tough decisions to keep his kingdom safe and healty. All of this must suck his strenghts a lot because the huge responsability! So, even if it's for a small while, when in bed, he lets himself to be bound, gagged and dominated. He dosen't need to make any though decision or has opinion on anything that may happen. All the CAN do is enjoy his bindings and the little time he has with that gorgeous lady! x3
