This is a doodle of one of the service entrances to Santiago Valley Institute, circa 2015 and onward.

Looking to work on training their operatives to work with and in response to Saurian contracts around the world, Skylark created a mutual work venture with SVI to roll into a program to do so. Starting at the end of that year, the two organizations began to work together to set up their training regiment.

One offered perk of the partnership is the increase of security hardware. Skylark alone was well enough to provide or straight up transfer entire military-type vehicles to SVS (Santiago Valley Security) for security use/tandum train with the PMC company.

Drawn here is a Skylark M3 Bradley sitting idle at the gate, just a presence for the sake of security optics.
