For those of you not in the loop, the spidertaur is a fallen God who was wounded by another God in the distant past. They had part of their skull removed, and their lower torso was torn up badly. Once they're in Lamb's care, she set to work trying to heal them. As the wounds were left by a powerful God, she uses her own Godly flesh to mend them. Due to having an exposed brain for many years, the spider Shamura also dealt with a good deal of memory loss and brain fog. Sometimes, they forget where and when they are, and the loss of control in those moments is almost worse than the pain. Their sibling Kallamar tried to assist them previously, but Shamura minimized what he was permitted to do as they didn't want to lash out on accident and hurt him. Lamb comes back to life if she's run through, their brother does not.
Here, Lamb's already closed their skull, and has begun to work on the torso wounds. While the torso wounds were managed by stitching together scar tissue previously, the stitches would often tear and result in blood loss, or if they were the scars further back, exposed organs. Lamb, with her infinite supply of corpses, simply converts some of her muscle tissue into new flesh for her friend.

I really love these characters so much. Wanna hug Shamura so bad. I finished the main game last night (so happy) and got Shamura. Immediately put gold skull necklace on him too. Now I just need one more gold skull necklace.. Then I can bring back Hekot and put it on her. I shall have all the bishops be my undying disciples😁
