A distant future where people struggle for survival. Some work hard to afford more time to survive, others steal time from others, and the rich, thanks to their enormous profits, can afford to live almost forever.

But only a non-human being can truly live forever without their time passing, and that being is Dialga. Instead of a sequence of numbers running backward, his time is replaced by the infinity symbol because Dialga is time itself, and if he were to die, all life on earth would die. Stealing Dialga's time is impossible because his time cannot be shared or taken with the use of the device. Dialga, however, finds that green light on his arm annoying, as it has no meaning to him.

This idea came to me when I saw the movie "In Time (2011)" I thought it was funny to create Dialga with a watch on his arm.
