Now we meet the 2nd in charge of BusterNines, Harold Sunshine. Harold is a stern curmudgeon who wants the BusterNines to follow the rules, due their best, and cause as little property damage as possible. This is ironic because in truth, Harold is the Herald of destruction, or at least, him at 0% at the moment.
