✿ Payment & Process ✿
-Payment upfront: Full payment via PayPal before sketching begins.

-PayPal fees: Added to your invoice (client covers them).

-Progress checks: Request updates anytime during the process.

-Delivery: Standard turnaround; rush orders or deadlines may incur extra fees.

-Acceptance: Paying the invoice means you accept these terms.

✿ Style & Changes ✿
-I master anime and cartoon styles perfectly, among others—my Chibi style has its own unique twist! Check my portfolio for examples!

-Sketch revisions: Up to 3 free changes on the sketch.

-Extra changes: $5 each after 3.

-Post-sketch approval: No major changes (pose, character design). Minor color/background tweaks only.

-Tip: Request ALL changes before approving the sketch!

✿ References & Rights ✿
Your references: Must be provided by you (no AI-generated or third-party images).

-Personal use by default: Personal use only—no commercial (selling, merch, etc.).

-My rights by default: I can post your commission on my socials/portfolios.
-No alterations: Don't remove my signature or edit my work (unless copyright purchased).

COPYRIGHT PURCHASE
For an additional fee, you can acquire full rights to the artwork. Once purchased:
Full commercial rights unlimited
I remove my signature from final artwork
I won't post on my portfolio/social media
Full ownership transferred to client

✿ Cancellation & Communication ✿
-No refunds: Once paid, no refunds—make sure you want it!

-Inactivity: No response for 2+ weeks = commission may be canceled (no refund).

-Contact: Keep communication via VGen/DMs for smooth workflow.
