NukeStream was born under some very unfortunate circumstances, the main one being that he has the ability to copy anyone's power and abilities by touch.
Now, unlike a certain Mutant, he does not leave someone in a coma, but at the same time, he can't recall what someone actually feels like, and everytime someone touches him or vice versa, he gains a pound of fat which acts as fuel/material for the ability he has.
His original family abandoned him because they saw him as weird and was taken in by the Purifier academy who ended using him and sending back to the orphanage. Sometime later, Vast and Harold found him and immediately took him in. They gave him the trials of the BusterNines and despite all the challenges that life had dealt him, he passed. Now he does everything he can to make sure evil suffers. Even if he doesn't appear to be, he is one of the most hopeful BusterNines.
