Introducing the great and powerful Cobalt! And that is seriously how he introduces himself almost 10 times a day. Cobalt is quite possibly the laziest of the BusterNines as he's not exactly what one would call a hard worker.
Despite his laziness, he does have incredible power. He's able to summon his magical weapons or items from his his room, but due to a mix up, whenever he summons his magical weapons, his ordinary items come forth, and vice versa. Now, Cobalt could try to fix this, but due to his laziness, he just wants to take a shortcut. Despite everything, he still somehow, proves he's worthy of being a BusterNine, somehow. Maybe it's because despite everything, he's able to bring up everyone's mood.
