Here's my OC, Envy. A character from the game Kingdom Hearts Union X. Envy is a Fairy who had a fascination on working and building machines, as well as dressing up in Victorian Era dresses. In this pic, Envy is dressed up for St. Patrick's Day. And along with the dress, she has both a hat, and a cloverbrella to block out the sun. For a steampunk fairy, she does look beautiful in green ;) .
