This is the tenth team of the race, the Weathercasters! This is a weatherman and weatherwoman duo who used to be big celebrities on TV until an incident turned them (mainly Sunny) into an embarrassment.
Sunny is the usually bright and cheery, though very jittery half of the duo. Raine is the more timid and gloomy, but very supportive half. These two stick together all the time. They joined the race in order to fix their reputation!
