Reminds me of Caligura's moonscorched form (known as 'Monster') from the game Fear and Hunger 2 - Termina.

Yes indeed, that game has a great art design, very faithful to the lore of H.P. Lovecraft style of monsters. From which it was inspired, overall. The first game was simply called Fear and Hunger and has a medieval time frame, where as the 2nd game has a 1930's atmosphere.

The gameplay is very difficult, I would recommend instead watching play-throughs on youtube as it is far less frustrating.
