Fanny had a much rougher go of things compared to Lamb when first crowned. They were among the first batch of New Gods to ascend, and had no role model besides the departed First Gods. Being young (early 20s) and without companions also made things difficult, but they managed in the end. Poor thing only has two eyes still here, they hadn't had time to absorb the eldritch energy of the crown without realizing it and gain additional eyes or mouth-splitting capabilities yet.
