A large amphibian creature that often dwells in shallow waters of marshes seeking prey such as fish, aquatic insects, frogs, crustaceans and other things. It is mostly harmless and rarely to never responds to aggression, simply moving away to find other spots where it can bask. The biggest danger is the delicate silicon large barbs on it's back which are filled with neurotoxin that causes excruciating pain and shatter easily upon touch, when this happen, the razor sharp shards embed themselves into the skin and flesh and continuously unleash venom for up to months.

Due to the powerful non-lethal neurotoxin that causes constant endless pain, another name for this creature is "The Agony Salamander".
