In a nutshell, they're a Tweet from Cyber City that got very jaded and burnt out from working at the Twitter Tower and the pressure put on them by their family and ex-friends. They used to watch segments of TV Time on an old CRT in a Retro Media shop on the way to work, and started highly admiring Tenna. When the opportunity arose for them to escape Twitter and move out to TV World, they took it in a heartbeat and never looked back. Now they work as a handy-bird around the studio, and helps with program & event coordination.


I'm working on a fic with them and Tenna where a scene very much like this will take place~ I'd imagine Tenna would be delighted to realize that this sassy, bratty bird is not only ticklish, but enjoys his tickly attention (even if they're stubborn to admit it :3c )

I really wanted to try something new for my rendering this time around, and I find Deltarune's art style be super charming and appealing. So I took a crack at more pixellated lineart & colors. The Pixel Dithering tool I found in clip works wonders.
