This is bingo berry! He’s a balloon animal! Specifically a balloon kangaroo! He’s an entertainer, often hired for events.
Unlike most balloon animals, or their cousins, pooltoys, bingo berry finds inflating to be a arduous and tedious task, he dislikes having to “waste time” inflating, and does it only for his job and the necessity of needing to be somewhat inflated to move and function.
Unlike a pooltoy, balloon animals don’t have a valve on their body that they are inflated through, rather they use their mouths for that.
Bingo berry is popular with kids due to his crass sense of humor and his personality, but he often has to self censor himself, as he’s got quite the potty mouth, and occasionally may accidentally let something slip.
He’s themed after berries! Specifically raspberries and blueberries, and his eyes are yellow because I just thought it would look cool.
Just uh…maybe don’t stand too close to him after he inflates…he’s a little leaky sometimes.
