Morphin time? I seriously don't know what motivates me sometimes. The original Power Rangers zord team, and to a lesser extend the following Thunderzords, remain my favorites of the entire series. I was never one for the stories; let's face it, they were garbage. But the series' saving grace has (for the most part) always been the giant robots, as well as the monster designs. (though I'm not really a fan of the "Guyver wannabe" designs that they're toting around lately)

So I'm probably going to sketch all of them, a little more anatomically correct for prehistoric animal-based machinery.

And the first is this. The Black Mastadon. If I'm ever motivated to color this, those pylons on his back will be emitting steam. Gotta keep the machinery running warm, even in the middle of the... where does that thing appear from again? Northern Canada?
