I did! ^w^ Ballpoint pen is actually my favorite sketching medium! :D It's really good for practicing line control & intentionality. When there's no eraser or ctrl+z, I gotta be a lot more focused and purposeful with the marks I'm making. owo It does result in a lot of scribbly blotchy mush that I do NOT post XD; but I love doing it & it's a good way to challenge myself & make myself pay better attention to what I'm doing.
