For a moment, I had trouble figuring out why it was classified as a taur, but now I understand that in a species that was bipedal and had front limbs that were practically useless and tiny, those limbs wouldn't exist in an evolved form—but otherwise, the lower half does indeed resemble that of a common dinosaur 🤔
Its a a concept for a whole sci fi species called the Phyzine from a book series im working on called Manke.Verse!
They evolved similarly to our own dinosaurs here; they just never had a mass extinction event... Thus a few species groups in tandem developed better limbs for manipulation benefits.
