That's what I do too. Sometimes I actively look up music or shows that make me cry, and once the tears stop and I feel lost and hollow, I go for whatever comfort I'm most in the mood for. Even if the sadness takes over again later, it flushes out the worst of it and gives me the hope I need, in order to fight again the next time I need a cry.
