"Sherry! SHERRY! I could use an assist, honey!"
Sherazade finally snapped out of her trance. She looked ahead to see that Georgina had already stood back up while she wasn't paying attention, and was beginning to advance towards Abequa, who was still restraining Suzette and unable to defend herself without releasing the latter, with Georgina intending to bite the Alxa and allow either of them to swipe the professor off her beak.
Not on Sherazade's watch, as the fierce glare returned to her face immediately. "HOLD IT!" she bellowed.
Georgina, surprisingly, stopped and looked back at her with a curious face.
Sherazade figured it was finally time to get this off her chest and finally free herself of the mental burden that had plagued her ever since the incident. "I... I have something to say."
"Oh?" Georgina said smugly. She fully turned around to face the Stego.
Behind her, the Suchomimus growled, annoyed by the distraction. "Gina, ignore her!" she called. "Just help me get the prize off Scissors' face here!"
"Hold on, Suzie," said Georgina. "I wanna hear what the hazard has to say, not like it'll matter too much."
"Ugh, idiot..." Suzette muttered. She was starting to get tired standing there trying to push back against Abequa, who curiously hadn't appeared to break much of a sweat.
Sherazade took a deep breath. Once she had gathered what she wanted to say, she started. "Listen here. I... I'm sorry for injuring you back then."
Abequa looked back in astonishment, while Suzette stared in disbelief. The professor was slightly more out of the loop since she was the only one who hadn't witnessed the incident in question, but still waited to see what would happen.
"Hmph, are you now?" Georgina questioned with a raised brow.
"Yes," Sherazade reinforced. "I never like hurting others with my thaggy, and generally I really try not to, and the last thing I ever wanted was to send someone to the hospital. I... I really am sorry about that."
"Pfft," said Georgina. "I'll determine whether or not you're-"
"BUT..." Sherazade suddenly interrupted, her angry glare starting to come back, hushing Georgina. "I'm NOT sorry that I stopped you from hurting Abby." She stepped forward. "I'm not sorry you got expelled." She stomped forward, shaking the ground. "And I'm DEFINITELY not sorry for what I'll do next to stop you from attacking Abby AGAIN, YOU JERK!"
Sherazade coldly started to stomp towards Georgina with utter fury in her eyes. Georgina was at a loss for what she should do next. She knew that if she went for Abequa, she would only expose herself to Sherazade. The only thing she could do now was defend herself from the Stego's wrath.
Suzette knew this as well, and was annoyed. "Gina you idiot!" she roared. "You shouldn't have-" She was cut off when Abequa turned her head back around to face her, and she too had a fed-up expression. Suzette stammered. "U-uh... err..."
Abequa glared right into her eyes with a burning look. "All right. I'm through dancing with you, Sue," she said. "... You know, you mentioned how fat I've gotten earlier... and you're right. I have packed a few layers on me, haven't I... But did it not occur to you that I need a lot of muscle to be able to hoist these fat ol' legs of mine? Hmm?"
Suzette thought about this, realizing she really hadn't made any progress at all in pushing Abequa backwards, and now saw her point.
The professor chimed in. "Miss Suzette, I do believe you've made a miscalculation..." he said, smirking.
"May I demonstrate?" asked Abequa, she too smirking.
"... Damn..." muttered Suzette.
"SCRAAAAAAAAAAAWWR!!" Abequa, with a sudden burst of adrenaline, gave a humongous heave and shoved Suzette with all her might. Suzette felt her feet sliding backwards like she was on ice, and despite any effort to gain any traction with her feet, she just continued to slide backwards, almost as if she suddenly weighed nothing.
Suzette was stupefied. "W-w-what the hell ARE you?!" she exclaimed.
"Dunno! I'll find out soon!" Abequa mused. "Now keep moving, you!"
Meanwhile, Georgina had been momentarily distracted by Abequa's deep screeching roar, as she had forgotten how unusual it sounded. She wanted to help Suzette, but Sherazade was right there, sizing her up. She prepared for square off with her. With a roar, she charged, as Sherazade did likewise. Then...
THOOMPH!!
"OOUH!!" Georgina groaned, her tongue sticking out. The direct approach failed horribly for her, as she was met by Sherazade's gut slamming into her own (which was literally nothing compared to the Stego's) and forcing the breath out of her. Dazed, she stared up at Sherazade, who was glaring fiercely down at her. Embarrassingly for the Gorgo, the Stego hasn't stopped. In fact, she kept going, barreling down the street and carrying Georgina along, the Gorgo still pasted against the front of her belly like a tattoo. Georgina could only look up at Stego with a bemused expression.
Sherazade smirked. "Looks like they're taking the fight over yonder," she said. "Let's follow 'em!" Georgina had zero say in the matter. She was too dizzy to answer.
Abequa continued to shunt Suzette backwards until they came upon a large building. Without stopping, the Alxa roared and pushed the Sucho all the way until...
SMAAASH!!
She had rammed Suzette into the skyscraper, the Sucho hitting it with the back of her head and her back, bulldozing it and shoving her into the rubble.
Suzette lay on the street, dazed from being an unwilling wrecking ball. She lay there, her head pounding, trying to regain herself, wondering what had just happened, and why. During this, Sherazade, still trundling towards them, suddenly jerked to a stop, sending Georgina sprawling backwards onto the tarmac with a ground-shaking THOOM, right next to Suzette.
Sherazade strolled up alongside Abequa with a smug look that seemed devoid of any trouble, as if a weight had been lifted off her shoulders. Abequa glanced at her. "... All right, maybe I should'a let you come after all," she admitted, shrugging. "How'd you know I was in a scuffle?"
Sherazade giggled. "Well, funny thing is, it was Conny! Apparently he was looking at community posts and saw a bunch of noise about a fight between giants in front of a hotel or something, and the pictures showed you and HER from the windows." She pointed at Suzette. "Then he texted me."
"Heh, good ol' Conny," Abequa chuckled. "Makes sense he'd be keeping an eye on that stuff."
"I, err, had to turn the stove off," Sherazade said sheepishly. "Breakfast may be cold..."
"Eh, don't worry about it," said Abequa.
Meanwhile, Suzette coughed up a little bit of building dust. She was unimpressed and humiliated at the fact that the two had stopped to have a casual chat while she was laying on the street, having spent too much energy in her unsuccessful sumo match. Plus, her feet were burning from friction after being pushed backwards. Georgina, meanwhile was out of breath from being slammed into.
Suzette looked up at them again, growling. "You two... freaks..." she groaned, trying to get back up, but too slowly to be an immediate threat. "G... give that little s... speck..."
Abequa noticed Suzette trying to move, apparently having not given up yet. She snorted. "Shall we finish this, Sherry?"
"Ready when you are," said Sherazade.
"G... great, you two gonna... cut us again?" Georgina wheezed spitefully, in an attempt to use reverse psychology to buy them some time.
Sherazade glanced at Abequa.
Abequa glanced at Sherazade.
The two were going to leave another scar on them all right, but in a different sense.
The professor looked confused, and before he could inquire about their plan, the two of them were walking backwards several steps. "Wait," he said. "What are you two...?"
Abequa glanced at the professor. "... Hang on to something, Prof..." she advised.
The professor didn't know what was about to happen, but immediately did so, clinging to Abequa's nostril (the only solid thing he could hang onto where he was), but he had an odd feeling of dread.
"This'll remind you two to leave us the hell alone..." Abequa hissed.
Then, in sync with each other, they both charged, the professor along for the ride, wind hitting his face as Abequa barrelled forward.
From Suzette and Georgina's perspective, the move looked bizarre. If not claws and a thagomizer, which is what they expected, what was THIS supposed to be? "There... gonna trample us?" Georgina guessed.
Then, they jumped, both roaring (though the professor was screaming).
Suzette and Georgina could only watch as their shadows covered them. Suzette was speechless, and all Georgina could say was...
"Oh..."
THOOOOOOOM!!
Suzette had a pair of huge boobs slam onto her face, while Georgina received a big heavy gut on top of her. The entire block shook. Buildings either sprawled off their foundations or were cut in half, and the street was completely and utterly mangled.
As the dirt settled, Abequa and Sherazde remained planted where they were for a moment, feeling for any signs of struggle or movement. They looked at each other, seemingly not hearing or feeling a peep out of their adversaries. Abequa shuffled herself off of Suzette, while Sherazade scooted off of Georgina.
Standing back up, they looked down at the two carnivores laying in the two holes they made. Neither of them were moving. "Good, they're both out..." Abequa panted. "As least they won't follow us."
"I... wasn't expecting to knock them out," Sherazade said.
Abequa sighed. "You really don't your own strength, honey," she chuckled, making Sherazade giggle sheepishly. Abequa crossed her eyes to address the professor. "You okay, Prof?"
The professor was quivering all over, still clinging to Abequa's nose, but put on a brave face. "J... j-just, dandy!" he said, giving a thumbs up with a shaky hand.
Sherazade leaned in to look at him. "Oh right! You're Abby's little professor friend, aren't you?" she greeted. "Hiya! I'm Sherry!"
The professor was still struggling to regain his composure. He was still shaking from being a passenger for the body slam, and his earlier first impression of Sherazade didn't help. "A p... p-pleasure to meet you at last, M-Miss Sherry," he stammered, still nervous, but Sherazade's warm smile started to calm him down. "I wish we could've met under less nerveracking circumstances. Plew..." He wiped his forehead. "Miss Abby's told me about you."
"Really?" she said, blushing. "She's told me about you, too, and how much you've been helping her. Thank you, by the way!"
The professor blushed. "Yes, erm, well, it's you two I should thank for coming to my aid. I don't know WHAT I would've done if those two beastly scoundrels had somehow found me..."
"Let's just not think of that..." Abequa advised. "I'd rather just focus on the fact that we just kicked their butts."
"Heheh, yeah!" Sherazade said with a giggle.
"Well, to the victor go the spoils, as they say," said the professor. "And the spoils this time are the file I obtained. Speaking of which, I hate to cut your savoring of victory short, but please take me to a safe place at once, so we can explore the contents of that folder before someone ELSE shows up to claim the bounty..."
"Oh, right..." said Abequa. "Let's go..."
With that, the three headed back to their neck of the woods, leaving behind a leveled block of buildings, an unconscious Suchomimus and Gorgosaurus, and, amazingly, an intact hotel.
But as they headed back, Abequa's nerves were sizzling. She had two things on her mind: what they were about to discover, and whether or not Constantine could see to it that her small area license wouldn't get suspended for damaging an entire block.
Abequa and Sherazade show these two jerk jocks the power of sheer mass.
This. This right here is the epitome of my entire philosophy behind the dino gals, that being, herbivores are not gentle giants. They're big, they're heavy, and if you piss them off, they'll flatten someone, even carnivores.
Almost there folks. They just have one thing they must do now...
Side note but the names Suzette and Georgina have grown on me for the moment.
Enjoy!
