Being a metallic dragon, Fulguron has the innate ability to shapechange into a myriad of different forms. However, this ability isn't limitless as he can only adopt the form of humanoids and non-magical animals. This is the most common form you'll find Fulguron in (aside from his true form of course). Being quite fond of the people that inhabit his territory, he decided to embody a form that resembles both them and himself.
In his half-dragon form he loves to visit local taverns, catch up on news and gossip, and occasionally help a greenhorn adventurer find their footing. He is also always on the lookout for strong and good natured warriors to recruit into the Blades of Zephyr.
