Suddenly the situation erupts as green smoke starts to pour from her ears and mouth, as the transformation starts.
One of my goals with this sequence was to try and find a better way to do smoke. I tried some new things with it here, that I do think I like, but I think there's still a lot to improve upon. I'm not sure if it's just the style I'm drawing in or my general incompetence, but smoke is just really hard to get right. If you have any tips or examples of your favorite smoke depictions in transformations I'd be very happy to see them!
