This is Eler Vontaine. He is an undercover detective. Eler is a very gruff man who is often no-nonsense and will stop at nothing to complete the mission. Currently, his assignment has him designated as a foreign tourist. Because he's old, he blends in so well with the crowd, nobody would assume anything is wrong. Eler can also switch his tone on the fly. One moment he lol'd and then he serious'd. The juxaposition can come off as quite scary but Eler is a dedicated man if nothing else. A good boy, if you will.
With skills in espionage, interrogation, torture, deciphering, and to top it off, a mean bite and is notably fast even in less than optimal footwear like his current flip flops.
He'll be drawn in a suit / semi-formal attire at some point
He was actually an adopt purchased from PolarCartoons here. Since he was only a bust, I had to develop the rest of him but that face alone told me everything I needed to know about this guy.
